How to Stop Allergy Coughing?
Allergy coughing is due to phlegm and other substance that is blocking the Eustachian tube and sinus passages which causes the upper lung tissue to be drained in particular and it is really hard when you are lying. When your body relaxes it will allow coughing reflex to interact and this is always happening when you are about to go to sleep at night. Also, support your body up from your mid-chest area when you are sleeping because it is not good to sleep in a position wherein your body is not comfortable. This is a good way on helping the drainage of the sinuses up to the esophagus, instead the lungs and it is really giving you comfort and relieve caused by the substances that is making you cough.
Medications such as expectorant cough syrup can also stop allergy coughing especially taking it before you sleep at night continued until the following day. This can really help in discharging the phlegm in your body. Of course, visiting your physician will be the most important factor before planning to take any medications.
